Return Policy
If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please call our sales department for speedy resolution. Returns are acceptable up to 10 days from purchase. For used items there can be a restocking charge up to 25% depending on the wear and tear or any possible damages. Additionally all returns must sealed and include the original packaging, all accessories and any manuals. For items that are not used there is NOT a restocking fee.
Return Authorization Numbers
You have 10 days from the invoice date to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number . No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Once you have been issued an RA number, you must ship the product so that it reaches our Returns Processing Center within 10 days. All RA numbers must appear on the shipping labels. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach your return authorization number to the outside of your package.

- Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition in original packaging.
